What you get is a 5 amp battery that is as tall as the "regular" 3 amp battery but wider! Aside from the fit problem, it is a good battery well-suited to the multi-tool, grinder, saws, etc. These are supposed to run 50% cooler while giving more power than usual.The battery is not as tall as a "regular" Milwaukee 3 or 5 amp battery but it is wider.
